The Pilates Reformer uses a sophisticated system of adjustable springs, straps and pulleys for resistance and easy cardio exercises. Moves taken from the mat are further developed on these smooth moving machines that help sculpt your arms, legs, bottom and thighs whilst continually strengthening your core muscles.
Helping to correct muscular imbalances, realign the body, build greater core strength, and gain faster results; golfers are using it to improve their swing, surfers are using it to improve their flexibility and turns, dancers are using it to improve their strength and flexibility. Pilates Elements has an innovative selection of classes to both challenge and hold your interest, with small class sizes that ensure maximum benefit, focus and safety.

A small, but energetic class of up to 12 people led by one of our highly trained instructors. In these classes you will be guided through many different exercises that will help tone, strength and lengthen your entire body. Beginners classes focus on executing the basics well, while general classes use more advanced exercises and techniques.
A new concept within the Pilates method, a limited class of 8 people are guided through a circuit of different apparatus and mat work, including The Reformer, Half Trapeze, Mve Chair, Cable machine, rollers, Fit-Ball, and the Magic Ring.
A private (one on one) class is most beneficial for people facing injuries, sports specific exercise programs, rehabilitation and those wanting one-on-one coaching. A body analysis is conducted in your first session and a carefully designed program is planned just for you working on your strengths, weaknesses, injuries and goals. Semi-Private offers the same as above, but with a 2-3 people. Still offering a more intimate session, aiming to achieve your goals quicker but at a slightly cheaper cost.
